Masjid Addas, also known as the Cave of Thawr, is located about 20 km southeast of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. According to Islamic legends, this cave is where the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his companion Abu Bakr al-Siddiq found shelter while fleeing from Quraish search parties during their migration (Hijrah) from Mecca to Medina.
